Warehouse Visiting Guidelines

We're always glad to have brands visit for product launches, social content or a general tour. To make your visit run smoothly:

• Give us at least three working days' notice.

• We'll agree a timeslot in advance. Please aim to be punctual, our team will be ready for you.

• We'll provide a hi-vis vest on arrival. Wear suitable footwear for a warehouse environment.

• Check with your Account Manager before capturing any images or content, and see our social media guidelines. We take client privacy seriously.

Note: If your visit needs support from our team, such as retrieving stock or processing inventory, this may carry a chargeable fee.

Note: We don't hold warehouse visits during peak periods, such as late November and December, or on Saturdays, due to increased operational demand.
