Royal Mail Service Information
What to expect from Royal Mail's Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services, and how to make a claim.
Royal Mail First Class Tracked (Tracked 24) aims to deliver by the end of the next business day, including Saturdays and Sundays, though delivery can take up to two working days.
Royal Mail Second Class Tracked (Tracked 48) aims to deliver by the end of the second business day, including Saturdays and Sundays, though delivery can take up to three working days.
Note: These are Royal Mail's own service targets. Hutch dispatches same-day before our cut-off, but delivery timing from that point is down to Royal Mail's network.
Brands can't make a claim if a parcel was delivered within Royal Mail's stated working days.
To make a claim, contact your Account Manager, who'll email you the claim form. For UK claims, it needs to be at least 7 working days from the expected delivery date before a "lost" claim can be submitted.
