How To Create A Manual Order

Send products to an influencer, friend or team member without placing the order through your own store.

  1. Go to the Orders tab and press New Order.

  2. Enter a reference unique to this order, for example "Influencer / JohnDoe / March drop".

  3. Optionally add notes for Hutch. Warehouse staff will see these when picking and packing.

  4. Select the customer type: B2C or B2B. Orders over 2kg should be created as B2B, since they're packaged and shipped differently.

  5. Select the order type: delivery or collection. Collection orders let the customer collect from the Hutch warehouse, so no delivery address is needed.

  6. Optionally select a shipping method to override your default shipping rules for this order.

  7. Enter the customer's address.

  8. Select the items to send.

  9. Press Submit order. If the button is greyed out, a required field, such as postcode, is missing.

Important: Every order reference must be unique. If it matches an existing order, the order won't go through.
