How To Generate A Return Label

Generate a return label on your customer's behalf, directly from their order.

Open the customer's order, press the three dots in the top right, then select Generate return label. This opens a new tab with the label link.

  1. Copy the URL and send it to your customer to attach to their return.

Once the return is sent back with this label attached, it'll come back to the Hutch warehouse.

Important: Return labels can only be generated and used once.
