How to find a tracking number

Get the tracking number and link for orders shipped by Hutch

  1. Search for the order, using your order reference (e.g. the Shopify order number), the customer's name or the customer's postcode.

  2. Click into the order and scroll down until you reach the Shipping Information section. The tracking link will be listed here.
