How To Connect TikTok Shop

Connect your TikTok store to Hutch.

Go to Settings > Integrations in your Hutch dashboard.

  1. Click Connect new integration.

  2. Select TikTok.

  3. You'll be redirected to TikTok. Confirm your region, then log in.

  4. Confirm that Hutch can connect to your TikTok account.

  5. You'll be redirected back to your Hutch dashboard. Your TikTok store is now connected.

Important: When connecting TikTok Shop to a warehouse management system, you'll usually need to change your fulfilment setting so orders are fulfilled by you rather than TikTok's own logistics. If your setting currently shows Fulfilled via platform, change it to Fulfilled by seller (sometimes shown as Ship by seller or Seller fulfilled, depending on your region).
